Ongoing Sessions: During a hypnotherapy session, I will gently guide you into a state of physical and mental relaxation. You will remain awake, aware, and in complete control at all times. While in this receptive state, I will introduce positive suggestions, guided imagery, and coping strategies tailored specifically to your goals. You can bring yourself out of this state at any moment you choose.
