What to Expect from the Process

The First Session: Our initial meeting is about understanding the landscape of your relationship. I will want to hear both of your perspectives on the challenges you are facing. My role is never to act as a judge or to take sides; rather, my “client” is the relationship itself. We will outline your goals and determine if we are a good fit to work together.

Ongoing Sessions: We will identify the negative “loops” or communication traps you frequently fall into. You will learn to recognize your own triggers and understand your partner’s underlying feelings. We will practice new, healthier ways of communicating directly in the room, so you can apply them at home.

The Approach: I use evidence-based approaches designed to foster secure attachment and effective conflict resolution. We focus on creating a safe emotional environment where both partners feel truly heard, valued, and understood.
